CORRIGENDUM
In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number G.S.R. 5(E), dated the 30th December, 2004 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i) dated the 5th January, 2005 in the Schedule-
(1) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Administrative Officer, Grade-II, in column 13, for “Commission of Income Tax” read “Commissioner of Income Tax”.
(2) against serial number 3 relating to the post of Administrative officer Grade-III,
(i) in Note 2 of column 12, for “promotion to the grade of Administrative Officer Grade-II will be made region-wise” read “promotion to the grade of Administrative Officer Grade-III will be made regionwise”;
(ii) in column 13, for “Commission of Income Tax” read “Commissioner of Income Tax”.
