The Central Board of Excise and Customs substituted “Belgaum, Mysore, Mangalore” as Commissioner of Central excise for Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals) as mentioned in columns (2) of the Tables, for the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and the rules made there under.
